Response time: Minimal time the metering device needs to react.
Range: 0–240 sec.
Examples of metering devices that are puls frequency driven are
the classic membrane pumps with a potential free triggering input.
Dosing is controlled by the repetition speed of dosing shots.
Pulse frequency: Max. pulses per minute the device is able to re-
spond to. Range: 20–300/min.
Dosing is controlled by the position of a motor driven mixing valve.
Run time: Time needed to open a completely closed valve
Range: 5–300 sec.
Neutral zone: Minimal response time in % of the runtime. If the re-
quested dosing output is smaller than the response time, no
change will take place.
Range: 1–20 %
The relay will be closed repetitively depending on the programmed
time scheme.
ATTENTION
Measurement is NOT interruptet.
Mode: Operating mode (interval, daily, weekly)
Interval/Start time/Calendar: Dependent on options operating
mode.
Run time: time the relay stays closed.
Range: 5–6'000 sec
Delay: during run time plus the delay time the signal and control
outputs are held in the operating mode programmed below.
Range: 0–6'000 sec
Signal Outputs: select the behaviour of the signal outputs when the
relay closes. Available values: cont., hold, off
Output/Control: select the behaviour of the control outputs when
the relay closes. Available values: cont., hold, off
The relay will be switched via the Profibus input. No further param-
eters are needed.
