Automatic cleaning process using Cleaning module-II (optional)
controlled by transmitter of AMI Phosphate-II.
– Measurement is interrupted.
– Flow error interrupts cleaning.
– Cleaning does not start: E022 Reagent empty, E023
Cleaning solution, no flow.
Parameter:
Mode: Select daily, weekly, interval or off.
Start time / Calendar: Time of day respectively weekday(s) for the
automatic start of the cleaning process.
Delay: During cleaning plus the delay time, the signal- and control
outputs are held in the operation mode programmed as shown be-
low.
Range: 0–6'000 sec
Signal Outputs: Select the operation mode of the signal outputs
during cleaning:
Continuous:
Signal outputs continue to issue the measured
value.
Hold:
Signal outputs issue the last valid measured
value.
Off:
Set to 0 or 4 [mA] respectively.

Output/Control:

Relay or signal output:
Continuous:
Limit/Controller continues normally.
Hold:
Limit/Controller continues on the last valid value.
Off:
Limit/Controller is switched off.
Fill Channel 11: Activates the cleaning pump and switches the
valve to the cleaning solution 1 (right container)
Fill Channel 12: Activates the cleaning pump and switches the
valve to the cleaning solution 2 (left container)
