The following table describes the items in Figure 114.
Table 110. Local Logging
Description
Enter the local logging target.
Click the drop-down menu to select the severity level for local log
messages.
The level options are:
n emerg: Indicates system is unusable. It is the highest level of
severity
n alert: Indicates action must be taken immediately
n crit: Indicates critical conditions
n error: Indicates error conditions
n warning: Indicates warning conditions
n notice: Indicates normal but significant conditions
n info: Indicates informational messages
n debug: Indicates debug-level messages
Click Apply to save the values and update the screen.
The Local Logging Settings Status settings in the ensuing table are
informational only: Status, Target, Severity and Delete (click to delete the
desired target).
