DSCP Mapping

The DSCP to Queue mapping function maps queue values in incoming
packets to a DSCP value that QoS uses internally to represent the priority
of the traffic. The following table shows the DSCP to Queue map.
If these values are not appropriate for your network, you need to modify
them.
To access this page, click QoS > General > DSCP Mapping.

Table 75. DSCP Mapping
Description
Enter the DSCP entry to define the precedence values.
Click the drop-down menu to select the queue designation for the
DSCP value.
Displays the queue value for the DSCP map.
Enter the DSCP entry to define the precedence values.
Click Apply to save the values and update the screen.
The DSCP Mapping Information settings in the ensuing table are
informational only: DSCP and Mapping to Queue.
The Queue Mapping Information settings in the ensuing table are
informational only: Queue and Mapping to DSCP.
