Change the front brake fluid. ( ... p. 90)
Change the rear brake fluid. ( ... p. 96)
Change the foot brake cylinder seals.
Change the hydraulic clutch fluid. ( ... p. 175)
Grease the steering head bearing. ( ... p. 29)
Clean the spark arrestor. (All USA models)
Check/set the carburetor components.
Perform a fork service. ( ... p. 16)
Perform a shock absorber service. ( ... p. 44)
Change the spark plug and spark plug connector.
Change the piston.
Check/measure the cylinder.
Check the cylinder head.
Check the valves, valve springs and valve spring seats.
Check the camshaft and rocker arm.
Change the connecting rod, conrad bearing and crank pin.
Check the transmission and shift mechanism.
Check the oil pressure regulator valve.
Check the oil pumps and lubrication system.
Check the timing assembly.
Change all engine bearings.
515": Once after 15 operating hours
S45A: Every 45 operating hours
S9OA: Every 90 operating hours/every 45 operating hours after sporting use
