Remove idling jet
e,
cold start jet
e,
needle jet 41 and buffer plate •.
-
Screw in mixture control screw. to the stop, counting and noting down the num-
ber of rotations.
-
Remove the mixture control screw with the spring, washer and O-ring.
-
Screws. should not be removed.
-
Remove
screw •.
Pull the hose connector out of the carburetor.
-
Remove screw
e.
Take off throttle valve sensor
e.

Only remove the throttle valve sensor if necessary. If screw. is loosened,
the throttle valve sensor must be readjusted.

Unscrew choke slide •.
-
Remove idle air jet •.
-
Clean all jets and other parts thoroughly and blowout with compressed air.

pressed air.
