Get/Set COM port setting

Note:
When receive "COM,OK", next command should not be send in 2 second.
Only PC Control (Baud Rate) does not become an initial-setting value.
<COMMAND CLR>
Clear All Memory
Controller → Radio
CLR[\r]
Radio → Controller
CLR,OK[\r]
All the memories are set for initial setting.
This command is only acceptable in Programming Mode.
Note :
It takes dozens of seconds.
Only PC Control (Baud Rate) does not become an initial-setting value.
Memory index pointers are reset to "0". Some data may still exist in deleted
memory area.
