Powering Up

When power is applied to the scaler, the Input 1 LED blinks prior to the full boot-up of the
product. When boot-up is complete or nearing completion, each of the input LEDs lights,
one at a time, in ascending order (1 through 4).
Next, each of the signal status LEDs lights in the same manner. When boot-up is complete
and after the LED lighting sequences occur, normal operation begins.

Selecting an Input

Press any of the four input buttons on the front panel to select an input. The green LED for
the selected input lights.
You can also select inputs via the Contact/Tally ports. See
Connectors

Using the On-Screen Menu System

The OSD menus are used primarily for the initial setup of the device. The on-screen menu
presents configuration options on a local monitor and can be adjusted with front panel
controls.
NOTE: The on-screen menu has a default time-out of 60 seconds.
