1) Detach the sensor base [3].
- 2 connectors [1]
- 1 screw [2]
2) Detach the 2 sensors [1] from the sensor base.
- 2 hooks each

1) Pull the drive belt [1] in the direction of the arrow so that the contact image
sensor (CIS) [2] is where indicated in the figure.

2) Remove the CIS home position sensor [3].
- 1 connector [1]
MEMO:
When detaching the sensor, do so as if to push it under the claw [2] found at
the rear.
Points to note when attaching
After replacing the sensor, pull the drive belt (rear) [1] in the direction of the
arrow so that the contact image sensor (CIS) [2] is returned to the left end.
