- E020-0010 can be displayed when the patch level is higher than the upper limit of the target although it is set as the minimum in initializing Yellow ATR.
E020-0011: Magenta, E020-0012: Cyan, E020-0013: Black
Field Remedy
1. Check to see if the ATR shutter comes off; if so, re-fit it.
2. Wipe the ATR sensor window with barely wet cotton waste.
3. If the symptom still occurs, replace the ATR sensor by a new one.

Description
Since the error code "E020-001x" was displayed after the message "Reservation copies can be made." was displayed upon power-on, the ITB unit was
replaced with a new one for solution.
- E020-001x can be displayed when the patch level is higher than the upper limit of the target although setting it as the minimum at time of initializing ATR
for each color. (E020-0010: Yellow, E020-0011: Magenta, E020-0012: Cyan, and E020-0013: Black)
Field Remedy
1. Re-fit all the connectors of the DC driver PCB.
2. Re-fit all the connectors of the DC controller PCB.
3. Replace the ITB unit with a new one.

Description
Since this machine did not start while displaying the error code "E020-0023", the Bk drum cartridge was replaced with a new one for solution.
- E020-002x can be displayed when, at time of ATR initialization, the patch level is lower than the lower limit of the target although it is set to the maximum
level. (E020-0020: Yellow, E020-0021: Magenta, E020-0022: Cyan, E020-0023: Black)
Field Remedy
1. Clean the window of the ATR sensor (UN16).
2. Re-fit the Bk drum cartridge.
3. If the symptom still occurs, replace the Bk drum cartridge with a new one.
