How to edit the existing waypoints

You can edit an existing waypoint from the waypoints list.
Note: This function is enabled when [ROUTE SELECT] is set to [IN] in the [ROUTE/
WAYPOINT] menu.
1. Open the [MAIN MENU].
2. Select [ROUTES/WAYPOINTS], then press the left button.
3. Select [WAYPOINT LIST], then press the left button.
4. Select the waypoint to edit, then press the left button.
The [EDIT WAYPOINT NAME] window appears.
Note 1: Changes made to the mark color and shape are applied to all marks en-
tered after this procedure is completed.
Note 2: You cannot change the MOB mark details.
Note 3: The waypoint with [INT. BAN] set to other than [0.00NM] cannot be edited.
Note 4: You can sort the waypoints by alphabet, shape, range or time entered.
Refer to paragraph 5.4.4.
5. Edit the details as required.
6. Select [RUN], then press the left button.
The confirmation message appears. Select [RUN] and press the left button to
overwrite. If you want to not overwrite the waypoint data, select [CANCEL].
7. Close the menu.

How to delete a waypoint

There are two method to delete waypoints.
• Delete waypoints on the map.
• Delete waypoints from the waypoints list.
Note: This function is enabled when [ROUTE SELECT] is set to [IN] in the [ROUTE/
WAYPOINT] menu.
Delete waypoints on the map
1. Press the CURSOR ON/OFF key when the cursor is not shown.
2. Put the cursor on a waypoint to delete.
3. Press the CANCEL key.
The following confirmation message appears.
4. Select [RUN] and press the left button to delete the waypoint.
Delete waypoints from the waypoints list
1. Open the [MAIN MENU].
2. Select [ROUTES/WAYPOINTS], then press the left button.
3. Select [WAYPOINTS LIST], then press the left button.
