Procedures Before Operation

The flow chart below shows the remote maintenance setting procedures up until communication:
Remote maintenance
Check communication specifications
Determine system configuration and selection
Set modem on PLC side
Set modem on personal computer
(remote access) side
Turn ON power
Based on SD/RD lamp lighting status and
contents of error check devices, verify that
communication is being executed normally.
If there are problems, refer to the troubleshooting
(Chapter 8).
