SING THE MACHINE WITH A
The "Silca Code Program" is used to make various searches by cutting code and store them in a
special job queue (or file).
This special function is designed to assist operators who wish to work with a number of simultaneous
searches. After making the required searches by code, just file them in this special job queue then
transfer them all together onto UNOCODE 399 PLUS.
The information transmitted by the PC is read only files and cannot be edited manually (except for
"Key blank measurement"). Each line transmitted corresponds to a cutting stage for one or more keys.
For each cut transmitted the number of pieces to produce is set. When the set number of pieces has
been completed, a "+" sign will indicate that the cycle is finished.
Should a work queue be interrupted, turn off the UNOCODE 399 PLUS. When the machine is turned
on again and the <PC queue> is called up, the list reappears, starting from the first line.
To enable the function press F3 from the initial screen.
• PC queue
The data received from the PC are given in the form of a list, e.g:
- Number of jobs received
- Indirect cutting code
- Number of Silca data card used
- Number of pieces to cut
Use F1 to view the data relating to the job
selected.
PROCEDURE:
1) Select the job to be done and press ENTER.
• A "+" sign indicates that the job HAS BEEN
COMPLETED.
• A "-" sign indicates that the job HAS NOT
BEEN COMPLETED.
The job data received from the PC program CANNOT be edited manually (except for "Key blank
measurement").
For example, the following will appear on the display:
