Unocode 399 PLUS
11) Enter the values for A and B, expressed in hundredths of a
millimetre, into the special fields.
Nota bene: values are accepted if they are the
same or differ by +/- 40 hundredths of a millimetre
from the theoretical value.
A: min. 960 max. 1040
B: min. 410 max. 490
12) Press ENTER to save the data. Press STOP to quit without
saving.
13) Press START. The operation is confirmed and the program goes
back to the Calibration menu for the V100 standard clamp.
Note: besides automatic gauging, the operator can make manual adjustments by entering the values in the X
and Y parameters.
ATTENTION:such adjustments (if necessary) are to be entered only after automatic
gauging, if applicable.
Adjustments can be made within a range of +30 and -30 hundredths of a mm.
Adjusting CLAMPS and ADAPTERS
Adjust depth Y (-30 to +30 hundredths of a mm):
-
Y positive value: raise cut
-
Y negative value: lower cut
Adjusting CUTTERS, CLAMPS and ADAPTERS
Adjust spaces X (-30 to +30 hundredths of a mm):
-
X positive value: move cut to the right of the stop
-
X negative value: move cut to the left of the stop
14) Press STOP to go back to the main menu.
