"User Prompt" button. Interrupts an assay so
that instrument parameters can be adjusted.
•
Single measurement for each assay well.
•
Well scan mode for plate formats other than 96-
and 384-well standards. Allows for nine
measurements within 6-well plate format.
Allows for five measurements within 12-, 24-
and 48-well plate formats.
•
Displays a list of the 50 most recent results files.
•
Use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to scroll
through the 50 most recent results.
•
Use the "Right" and "Left" arrow buttons to
scroll the wells in columns 1–12 for 96-well
plates or 1–24 for 384-well plates.

When viewing Absorbance results, the button
toggles between the different data formats: OD,
%T and %A.
•
Toggles through the sets of results generated
from repeat runs.
•
"Plate View" button shows the full or partial
view of the results in a multiwell format.

Displays the results as a ratio.
•

Copies results files in .csv format to a USB
flash drive.

Delete files and delete protocols button.
