WHEN CONNECTING TO THE NETWORK DIRECTLY
■ Radio registration
In the set mode menu screen, register the radios to be used with the Server.
D Radio's basic information setting
• Except for the IC-7610
1. Hold down [EXIT/SET] for 1 second to select the
set mode menu screen.
2. Push [OTHERS](F-5) to enter the Others set
mode.
3. Push [▲](F-1) or [▼](F-2) to select "Network
Radio Name."
4. Push [EDIT](F-5) to enter the Network Radio
Name Edit mode.
5. Rotate the main dial to input a Network Radio
Name of up to 16 characters.
• Push [ABC] or [abc] to toggle upper and lower case
letters.
• Push [123] or [Symbol] to toggle between numerals
and symbols.
• Push [◀](F-1) or [▶](F-2) for cursor movement.
• Push [DEL](F-3) to delete the selected character.
• You can input an ID using a keyboard connected to
the radio.
6. Push [SET](F-5) to set.
7. Push [▲](F-1) or [▼](F-2) to select "CI-V
Address."

8. Rotate the main dial to input a CI-V address.
9. Push [▲](F-1) or [▼](F-2) to select "CI-V Baud
Rate."

10. Rotate the main dial to select the baud rate.
11. Push [EXIT/SET] twice to exit the Set mode.
• For the IC-7610
1. Push [MENU] to display the MENU screen.
2. Touch [SET] to enter the Set mode.
3. Touch [Network].
4. Touch "Network Radio Name."
5. Enter a Network Radio Name of up to 16 characters.
• Touch [←] or [→] for cursor movement.
• Touch [CLR] to delete the selected character.
• You can input an ID using a keyboard connected to
the radio.

6. Touch [ENT], and then push [EXIT].
7. Touch [Connectors].
8. Touch "CI-V."
9. Touch "CI-V Address."
10. Set a CI-V address, and then push [EXIT].

11. Touch "CI-V Baud Rate."
12. Touch the baud rate.
