Concatenates the storageset specified by storage-set-name to the concatset.
Examples
To expand the capacity of unit D0 which consists of stripeset Stripe1, by adding
another stripeset (Stripe2), enter:
ADD CONCATSETS C1 STRIPE1
SET C1 ADD=STRIPE2
