Format the SD Memory Card with the
Sysmac Studio and then place the
backup files on it.
Insert an SD Memory Card that con-
tains the backup files, and then exe-
cute the restore operation again.
Refer to the corrections for the follow-
ing events: CJ-series Unit Restore
Operation Failed (102E0000 hex) or
EtherCAT Slave Restore Operation
Failed (10300000 hex).
If none of the above causes applies,
replace the SD Memory Card.
