7. Check or replace the transfer roller and
refit all the removed parts.
*: When refitting the transfer roller, confirm
that the terminal of the ground plate is in
contact with the ground plate in the frame.
8. When replacing the new transfer roller,
proceed as follows:
1) Performs maintenance mode U127
(clearing the transfer counter) (see
page 1-3-85).
2)Performs maintenance mode U464
(Calibration) (see page 1-3-168).
3)Performs maintenance mode U469
(Auto color registration correction)
(see page 1-3-175).
4)Performs maintenance mode U410
(Adjusting the halftone automatically)
