configuration of signal level fault detection
The SIG-ERROR function is used to detect a fault on the input signal.
Fault.detection.
Fault detection can be selected at 4 – 20 mA signal only:
Fault with input signal ≤ 3.5 mA (± 0.5% of final value, hysteresis 0.5% of final value)
If other signal types are selected, the respective menu branch is hidden. If this configuration does not
allow fault detection, not available is indicated in the selection menu.

If signal fault detection is activated, the respective fault is indicated on the display.
(see chapter Error Messages on the Display).
Safety.position.SAFEPOS.on
When SAFEPOS on is set, the following configurations may occur:
Active menu option SAFEPOS
Inactive menu option SAFEPOS If a fault is detected, the actuator moves to the end position which the actuator

If a fault is detected, the actuator moves to the lower SAFEPOS set position.
