c . P V-SCALE - Scaling of the process.actual.value for selection of the PT 100 input (PV INPUT PT 100)
The PV-SCALE function specifies the following settings for the PT 100 signal type:
• The unit of the process actual value.
• Position of the decimal point.
• The values for the lower and upper process actual value.
If the settings for the unit of the process actual value or the position of the decimal point are input or
changed, this setting applies to all scaling values (PVmin, PVmax, SPmin, SPmax).

* If the sub-menu is left by pressing the selection key on the left (ESC), the value remains unchanged.

1..Select.the.unit.for.the.temperature
The unit on the display is highlighted with a dark background. Press the up arrow key (+) to select from the fol-
lowing units:
°C or °F.
2..Input.the.position.of.the.decimal.point
Press the down arrow key (←) to highlight the decimal point with a dark background. Press the up arrow key (+)
to specify the position.
Adjustment range: 1 or 2
3..Input.the.lower.scaling.value.for.the.process.actual.value.
Press the down arrow key (←) to highlight the individual digits with a dark background. Press the up arrow key
(+) to set the value.
Adjustment range: -200 – 800
Measurement range of the PT 100: -20 °C – 220 °C or -4 °F – 428 °F
This setting specifies the reference range for the dead band of the process controller as well as for the analogue
feedback of the process actual value (option)
