The System Address field is disabled if there are no defined System Address patterns and it is
enabled when the user defines a System Address pattern.
Note:
The trigger occurs according to the field values in Rows/Columns/Ranks and Banks. Hence, if
user modifies the value of these fields after specifying the target address, the changed mapped
values take effect.
