Configuring UPE dual homing
This task includes the following configurations:
•
Create a backup PW for the primary PW.
Specify whether to switch traffic from the backup PW to the primary PW when the primary PW
•
recovers, and the wait time for the switchover.
Perform a manual PW switchover.

Configuring static PW redundancy
Step
1.
Enter system view.
2.
Enter VSI view.
3.
Specify static signaling for
PWs, and enter VSI static view.
4.
(Optional.) Specify whether to
switch traffic from the backup
PW to the primary PW when
the primary PW recovers, and
the wait time for the
switchover.
5.
Configure a static PW and
enter VSI static PW view.
6.
Configure a backup static PW
and enter VSI static backup
PW view.
7.
Return to user view.
8.
Manually switch traffic of the
specified PW to its backup
PW.
