IMPORTANT: If the foam blocks are dislodged when removing the support bracket, be sure
to install the foam blocks before installing the support bracket.
Install the upper server tray support bracket.
1.
Install the server into the chassis
2.
Press the Power On/Standby button.
3.
The server exits standby mode and applies full power to the system. The system power LED
changes from amber to green.
Install the upper server tray
CAUTION: To avoid damage to the drives, memory, and other system components, the air
baffle, and drive blanks must be installed when the server is powered up.
Connect the intra-tray signal cable to the system board on the lower server tray.
