Note: The clone operation might be slower when the system is busy with other
resource consuming processes, such as replications.
Procedure
Follow the steps to clone a replication destination directory:
1. From the Systems Management view, choose Replication > Replication
2. In the Source directory pane, select the file system from which to clone the

an FSI environment.
About this task
Suspending replication activity temporarily pauses data replication between a
source and a destination. Whereas, blocking incoming replication activities is not a
temporary state, and must be reactivated when needed.

Suspending replication activity

This task describes how to suspend and resume data replication activity between a
source and a destination. You can suspend replication activity on a policy for up to
72 hours, without having to perform a full resynchronization between the source
and destination repositories.
Procedure
Follow these steps to suspend/resume replication activity:
Directory > Clone a replication directory. The Clone a replication directory
window is displayed.
