Modifying user access to the share

Migrating between authentication types can cause existing user definitions to be
inactive. As such, you can either:
v Create new shares
v Modify existing shares and activate Active Directory users
Procedure
Follow these steps to modify the properties, access and permissions of a CIFS
share:
1. From the Systems Management view, select an existing file system under the
2. On the Overview tab, click on the defined share you want to modify from the
3. Click on Users in the navigation pane to display the User permissions.
4. Click on the Allow checkbox to activate or deactivate user access to the shared
5. Assign the user permissions by selecting Write-enabled or Read only from the
6. Click Submit to save your modifications to the CIFS share.
Results
Once the file system view is refreshed, the Active Directory users are displayed.
The procedure is now complete.
