Information codes

If the oven fails to operate, you may see an information code on the display. Check the table
below and try the suggestions.
Code
The temperature sensor is open.
C-20
This code appears when the oven fails
C-A1 to sense the damper to open or close for
1 minute.
If there is no communication between the
C-F0
main and sub MICOM.
This code appears when the oven
temperature high.
C-21 In case the temperature rises over the
limit temperature during operation of each
mode. (Fire sensed.)

The touch key is malfunction.

Description
The temperature sensor is short.
Action
Unplug the power cord of
the oven, and contact a local
Samsung service centre.
Unplug the power cord for
cooling enough time, and
restart the microwave oven.
Press Stop ( ) to try again.
Unplug the power cord
for cooling enough time,
and clean the button. (Dust,
Water)
When appear same problem,
contact a local Samsung
service centre.
