Test the motor (SHPF compiler pre-eject) and motor (SHPF compiler

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
MOTOR TESTS > Staple and Hole Punch Finisher Motor Tests >
Compiler pre‑eject or Compiler eject

Check if the middle aligner and compiler eject clamp are properly
moving.
Are they properly moving?

Remove the upper left cover.

Make sure that the elevator bin stack height assembly parts behind
the cover are properly installed.

Check the parts for wear or damage, and replace if necessary. See
"SHPF—Elevator bin section 1" on page

Make sure that the compiler pre-eject and compiler eject encoders
and compiler eject sensor actuators are properly installed.

Check the actuators and encoders for damage, and replace if
necessary. See
"SHPF—Compiler section 1" on page

Make sure that the following sensors are properly installed:
Sensor (SHPF eject clamp home)
Sensor (SHPF eject clamp position)
Sensor (SHPF compiler eject)
Sensor (SHPF compiler pre-eject)

Make sure that the sensors are free of debris or dust.
c
Reseat the cable on the sensors. Check the cable for damage, and
replace if necessary.

Check the sensors for damage.
