SOFTWARE PROBLEMS
Although the USB driver is installed, it is unable to find the BRUSB:
S-2
port. (Windows98/Me only)
1. Re-install the USB driver by following the steps below;
1) Turn off the machine.
2) Double-click the file "Deins USB.exe" in the USB directory of the CD-ROM.
3) Re-boot the PC.
4) Turn on the machine.
5) "Add New Hardware Wizard" is launched again. Follow the instructions in the
Wizard to re-install the driver.
2. Try to connect the machine directly to the computer if it is connected through a
USB hub.

Countermeasure
