Used to swap the serial console.
console_swap unit [int <1-8>]
The console_swap command is used to swap serial console from the
CPU card to the Line card (unit 1-8). The user may check if any
specific Line card has a problem.
unit [int <1-8>] - Specific the Line card unit number.
Only Administrator-level users can issue this command.
The unit must be between 1 and 8.
