Configuring the Favorites Buttons
If you frequently send documents with the same document settings to the same

destination, store these settings in a favorites button. Then, when you need to
specify the destination, all you have to do is select the favorites button containing
your stored document settings and the desired destination, and send your
document.
IMPORTANT
You need to register addresses in the Favorites Buttons before using this function. (See
"Registering Favorites Buttons (Store Favorites Button)," on p. 3-15.)
NOTE
•
A maximum of 256 destinations can be specified at the same time. (Out of the 256
destination, 16 new addresses, including those obtained via a server, can be specified.)
If you specify a group address, which is made up of several destinations, the whole group
is counted as one address.
•
A maximum number of 512 destinations can be specified for fax jobs (including reserved
fax jobs).
