With 3D mode enabled, Mirage 4K35 projectors apply the following multiplication rules:
Incoming ~48Hz => Outgoing ~144Hz (triple)
Incoming ~50Hz => Outgoing ~150Hz (triple)
Incoming ~60Hz => Outgoing ~120Hz (double)

Run the projector interrogator

The interrogator captures diagnostic information Christie personnel uses to help diagnose and
correct projector issues. If a projector issue cannot be resolved, Christie personnel may request an
interrogator file from the projector.
Log files are compressed into a standard zip file.
1. On the touch panel controller, tap Admin > Interrogator.
2. Tap Create File.
3. Click Continue.
4. In the Choose destination directory dialog, navigate to the location where you want to store the
log file.
5. Tap Save.

Save TPC log files

TPC log files can help you identify and correct issues with the touch panel controller. If a projector
issue cannot be resolved, Christie personnel may request a TPC log file from the projector.
Log files are compressed into a standard zip file.
1. On the touch panel controller, tap Admin > TPC Logs.
2. Tap Create File.
3. In the Choose destination directory dialog, navigate to the location where you want to store the
log file.
4. Tape Save.
