MCPU board power LED behavior

Solid yellow—The MCPU board must be replaced. Indicate that the MCPU board failed to
initialize.
Blinking red—The MCPU board must be replaced. Indicate that the MCPU board failed to
initiate the control FPGA.
Blinking yellow/green—The MCPU board is running in recovery mode and needs a software
upgrade followed by a AC cycle of the projector head.

Touch panel controller does not connect

If the projector LEDs display solid yellow and the touch panel controller (TPC) has power but does
not connect, the projector head is fine. However, a problem could exist between the TPC and the
MCPU board.
Disconnect the corded harness to the TPC and reconnect it. You may need to replace the corded
harness.
Check for physical damage to the harness between the external TPC port and the ABP. Try
changing the internal harness.

3D synchronization problems

A direct input 3D source requires a 3D external sync. The Status tab > Signal group has a 3D Sync
item that displays "Valid 3D sync" if the incoming sync is correct.
If the No 3D sync (using internal sync) message is displayed, no sync signal is detected on the
3D Sync In port.
If the Invalid 3D sync (using internal sync) message is displayed, the sync signal is present but
it is either not locked or is out of phase with the vsync of the master signal.
In both cases, the sync from the 3D source must be verified.

Left and right eye are reversed

Provided the Confirming Emitter setup was successfully performed, the 3D source in combination
with the 3D external sync may be reversing the frames. To correct this, on the touch panel
controller, tap Main > 3D Settings > Invert Left/Right Eye.
Frame multiplication applied to incoming video
signals when not required
Frame multiplication is enabled when 3Dmode is on (auto). Disabling this setting prevents frame
multiplication.
