Registering or editing groups

When transmitting to many destinations, you can transmit to a group of address book
destinations. Up to 100 groups can be registered.

Press <Menu>.

Press [Setting].

Select "Register", and press [Enter].

Select "Group", and press [Enter].

Select a number, and press [Enter/Edit].
To register a group, select a free number.

Select the destinations to register from the address book, and press [Select].
The selected destinations are displayed with a check mark

Press [Close].

Enter the group name, and press [Enter].

Confirm the items, and press [Close].
To edit items, select the item and press [Enter].
The group name.
Up to 50 characters can be entered.
The destinations registered in the group.
Up to 1,000 address book destinations can be specified.
