Specifying destinations
Destinations can be specified using the following methods.
• Selecting registered destination in the address book
Selecting from the address book
Using the one-touch keys
Using speed dial numbers
Using groups
• Entering the destination directly
Entering fax number
Entering e-mail address
• Selecting destination from the history

NOTE
To use the address book, one-touch key, speed-dial number, and group transmission
function, destinations should be registered in the address book in advance. For

Press the mode change key to change to fax or scan mode.

Press the lower cursor key (Address book) to display the address book.

Select "Shared" or "Personal", and press [Enter].
Here, we select "Shared". To select "Personal", you should log in the machine before
the operation. For details on logging in, see chapter 1, "Logging in / Logging out" in the
Administrator's Guide.

Select the destination, and press [Select].
•You can select multiple destinations. The selected destinations are displayed with the check
mark ( ) on the right. Press [Clear] to cancel the selection.
•When you have selected an e-mail destination, you can change the destination from "To" to
"Cc" or "Bcc". Select the destination, press [] and then [To/Cc/Bcc] to switch from "To" to "Cc",
or "Bcc" destination.
