Using My Jobs

Register frequently used functions in My Jobs to allow a quick use of it.
NOTE
• Up to six jobs can be registered.
• The destinations in the personal address book cannot be registered.
• Print jobs cannot be registered.
• The machine emits a beep sound when registering My Jobs. The mode lamp
corresponding to the mode being registered also flashes, to inform you that My Jobs
is being registered.

Registering /Editing My Jobs

This section describes the procedure for registering My Jobs. When editing, select the job
you want to edit in step 5, and press [Enter/Edit]. When the screen in step 9 is displayed,
select the item to change.

Press <Menu>.

Press [Setting].

Select "Register", and press [Enter].

Select "My Jobs", and press [Enter].

Select a job key in which you want to register a job, and press [Enter/Edit].
When editing, select the job you want to edit, and press [Enter/Edit]. Proceed to step 9.

Select the type of job you want to register, and press [Enter].

Press [Yes].

Perform the operation you want to register, and press <Start>.
