„ Deleting destinations

Press <Menu>.

Press [Setting].

Select "Register", and press [Enter].

Select "Address Book Entry", and press [Enter].

Select the destination you want to delete, and press [Delete].

Press [Yes].
•Press [No] to close the screen without deleting the data.
•To continue deleting data, repeat the procedures from step 5.
„ Printing the address book destination list

Press <Menu>.

Press [Setting].

Select "List", and press [Enter].

Select "Address Book List", and press [Enter].

Select "Number" or "Alphabet", and press [Enter].
•Number: The destinations will be printed in search number order.
•Alphabet: The destinations will be printed in alphabetic order.

Press [Yes].
Press [Paper save] to switch duplex printing ON/OFF.
