Enter the subject, and press [Enter].
•Up to 80 characters can be entered for the subject.
•For details on entering the characters, see chapter 1, "Entering characters" in the
Administrator's Guide.

If you want to edit mail text, select "Mail Text" and press [Enter].
Otherwise, go to step 10.

Enter the mail text, and press [Enter].
•Up to 1,024 characters can be entered for the message.
•For details on entering the characters, see chapter 1, "Entering characters" in the
Administrator's Guide.
•Press [Newline] to enter a line break. A line break takes up two characters.
•Press [ViewText] to confirm the mail text that has been entered. After confirming, press
[Close] to return to the entry screen.
•To display [Newline] and [ViewText], press [].

Press [Close] repeatedly until the "Scan Ready" screen is displayed.

Specify the destinations, and press <Start>.
