„ Using speed dial numbers

Press the mode change key to change to fax or scan mode.

Press <Advanced>.

Select "Speed-Dial", and press <Enter>.

Select "Shared" or "Personal", and press [Enter].
Here, we select "Shared". To select "Personal", you should log in the machine before
the operation. For details on logging in, see chapter 1, "Logging in / Logging out" in the
Administrator's Guide.

Enter the speed dial number, and press [Enter].
