„ Using groups
When you often transmit to the same multiple destinations, you can specify them in
one operation by registering them as a group.

• Group transmission can be used for fax transmission or scan to e-mail.

Press the mode change key to change to fax mode.

Press <Advanced>.

Select "Group Tx", and press <Enter>.

Select "Shared" or "Personal", and press [Enter].
Here, we select "Shared". To select "Personal", you should log in the machine before
the operation. For details on logging in, see chapter 1, "Logging in / Logging out" in the
Administrator's Guide.
