5.1.5 Key Functions

You can select PR 9 working mode as normal mode or as tractor working mode by
pressing the keys if there is a Tractor Unit connected to the PR 9.

Note: When working on tractor mode, TRACTOR will be displayed on the PR 9 LCD. To let paper return to
the top of form position from the Tear-off position, you can wait 10 seconds or you can press the
[FEED/EJECT

Tractor Mode

The printer will insert fanfold
paper.
If the fanfold paper had already
in the PR 9 but the paper is not
at the tear-off position, then the
PR 9 will move the paper to the
tear-off position. Otherwise if
there is one paper in the printer
and the paper position is at the
tear-off position, then the PR 9
will move the fanfold paper to top
of form position.
