This command code causes the current characters in print buffer to print and causes the
presentation position to move vertically to the next printing line. The default line pitch is
determined by menu and also line pitch can be changed by follow command codes:
ESC 6, ESC 8 and ESC % 9 n1 n2.

This command code set the double width print attribute for the followed printable
characters in current line.
