Making a Call in Microsoft Outlook

Before making a call, configure the Outlook New Call configuration.
1. Begin by setting up at least one contact. In Microsoft Outlook, select
Go > Contacts.
2. Click the New Call button on the menu bar. The New Call dialog box
opens.
3. In the New Call dialog box, click Dialing Options to configure the
Dialer to use an extension. The Dialing Options dialog box opens.
