Channel Fader Area

The Pan V-Pot allows for individual channel panning to L-R or LCR, depending on the console's mode of
operation.
• In LR + Mono mode, the pan control acts as a stereo control; it has two outputs, left and right. The assign
switches still assign to their respective Left, Right, and Center/Mono buses, but the Center/Mono assign is
post-fader but pre-pan.
• In LCR mode, the pan control has three outputs, left, center, and right. If all three are assigned, the pan
control is true LCR. If only the LR assign button is pressed, the pan control works as a stereo control.

Mute Button

The mute button is a red backlit button that is lit when the channel is muted and unlit when it is passing
signal.
A flashing mute button indicates a channel that is muted as a result of a mute group or VCA
group.

Fader

The touch sensitive 100 mm motorized fader sets the level of the selected channel (ranges from
–∞ to +10 dB).
9.6.3

Solo Button

The solo button routes the channel's pre-fader or after-fader signal to the solo buses for monitor-
ing. Solo can be Pre-Fader Listen (PFL) or After-Fader Listen (AFL). See Section 7.8 for more details
about channel soloing.
A flashing solo button indicates a channel that is soloed as a result of a VCA group.
