Routing button

This screen allows routing any physical input into any channel on the console. It also allows any channel to

be routed to any output. Finally, you can designate an input/output pair as an insert, which can then be ap-
plied to any channel.
12.8.1

Input Routing Tab

The input routing tab displays a 24 by 24 routing matrix of hardware inputs shown along the top and
console channels shown along the left side using custom names, if present. Touch an intersection to create
a connection from a hardware input to a mixer input channel. Hardware inputs can be routed to multiple
channels.
The hardware inputs are grouped into the following 24 channel groups:
• Analog 1-24
• Analog 25-48
• Stereo Inputs 1-8, Talkback In, External In, Computer Output Left and Right
You can switch between these groups using a drop-down list or the arrows to cycle through the banks.
The input Channels are grouped into the following 24 channel groups:
• Analog 1-24
• Analog 25-48
• Stereo Inputs 1-8
You can switch between these groups using a drop down list or arrow buttons to cycle through the banks.
The hardware inputs are connected to their corresponding mixer input channel by default; e.g., hardware
input 1 connects to mixer input 1.
