SHELF

These buttons are available for the LOW and HI EQ bands. When engaged, the EQ becomes a shelving filter
rather than a parametric filter. The Q control becomes inactive when SHELF is engaged.
The following table summarizes the equalizer's features.

Cycles through filter slopes: 6, 12, 18, 24 dB/octave.
The display indicates slope setting, then reverts.
Low-pass filter
In/Out for filter
Filter frequency: 400 Hz-20 kHz (Default: 20 kHz)
Cycles through filter slopes: 6, 12, 18, 24 dB/octave.
The display indicates slope setting, then reverts.
Varies the gain for that band: ±15 dB (Default: 0 dB)
Gain value
Lit when gain = 0 dB
Varies the center frequency for that band
Default: 80 Hz
20 Hz-400 Hz
20 Hz-20 kHz
Default: 500 Hz
100 Hz-2 kHz
20 Hz-20 kHz
Default: 2 kHz
400 Hz-8 kHz

Varies the Q from 0.1 to 64 (Default: 2)
