The Config Notes and Show Notes fields allow entering notes about the current console configuration and
show.
• Initially, these are blank (unless the config and/or show that were loaded had associated notes). Touching
in the field displays the touch screen keyboard for data entry.
• Once entered, the notes are remembered (and can be edited) until a new console configuration or show is
loaded.
The third column shows a file browser to choose a destination to save the Configuration, Show, or individual
Snapshots.
• The top of the list displays a drop-down menu for choosing the drive on which to save the data (User
Drive, USB1, USB2, etc.).
• The list displays folders and files using special icons for folders, shows, and configurations. Only one item
in the list can be selected at one time.
• Use the Up Arrow and the Open buttons (blue) to navigate through the file structure.
• Use the New Folder button to create new folders.
• Below the browser list are individual Save and Save As buttons for Configuration, Show, and Snapshots.
Pressing Snapshot>Save displays a pop-up asking for confirmation.
• Touch the number N and use the on-screen number pad to enter a starting snapshot number.
• Check the replace existing snapshots checkbox to determine whether existing snapshots in the selected
show will be replaced or not. This allows saving the selected snapshots from the current state of the con-
sole, into an existing show.
• If a show is selected in the browser list, pressing the open button "opens" the show and displays it in the
browser as a list of all the contained snapshots. Now scroll through the snapshots in the show, decide at
which number to save the first snapshot, and choose whether to replace existing snapshots in the show
or not.
