CARBURETOR OPERATION

5. Disconnect the connector leads to the throttle override
switch (Figure 10).
6. Loosen the jam nut (Figure 11) on the starter cable,
then unscrew and disconnect the starter cable.
7. Disconnect the throttle cable (Figure 12).
8. Label then disconnect the hoses from the carburetor.
Plug the hoses to prevent fuel leakage and contamination.

9. Place a suitable container under each carburetor, then
remove the fuel drain screw (Figure 13) and drain the fuel
from each carburetor.
