Normal machine use generates a film of toner on the belt. Toner filming reduces
the ability of toner to separate from the belt. To solve this problem, the lubricant
brush [A] applies a small amount of lubricant to the transfer belt.
The lubricant brush applies lubricant to the transfer belt when the blade [B] comes
in contact with the transfer belt.
The drum motor drives the lubricant brush through the belt lubricant clutch [C].
