Reinstalling the Cable Management System

To reinstall the fan trays (see Figure 40 on page 77):
Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect

the strap to an approved site ESD grounding point. See the instructions for your site.
Grasp the fan tray by its handle and insert it straight into the chassis. Note the correct

orientation by the "this side up" label on the top surface of the fan tray.
Tighten the captive screw on each side of the fan tray faceplate to secure it in the
3.
chassis.
Lower the cable management system back into position, if necessary.
4.
Repeat the procedure to reinstall the remaining fan trays.
5.
To reinstall the cable management system:
Position the cable management system on the studs on the lower front of the chassis.

Insert the nuts on the corners in the cable management system onto the studs on the
2.
chassis.
Using a 3/8-in. nut driver, tighten the nuts securely.
